Support multiple API keys per crypto exchange adapter

Currently our crypto-adapters are single account. With this change, you will be able to trade via several accounts on the same exchange.

Look forward to this, I see this as a must have. Since a lot of crypto exchanges do not support sub-accounts, having multiple strategies at the same exchange is difficult / not possible. Having multiple keys makes multiple strategies possible.
