Allow any bar length

In many places in AT, a duration class is used to define the length of the posts. However, the duration class only provides a limited number of values.
It is not possible to select a bar length of arbitrary length. For example a 235 minutes bar ist not supported.
Ideally it should be possible to add new values or even allow any bar length to be used instead of the lists within the duration class
